La Vierge is an upmarket Champagne winery, situated on the rolling slopes of the verdant Hemel & Aarde valley. Poised gracefully on a hill, between acres of vineyards, the restaurant at La Vierge boasts some of the most beautiful views you can experience in the Western Cape. Floor to ceiling windows create an uninterrupted view of the vineyards and valley as you dine.

La Vierge has a dedicated tasting room where a variety of top quality French Champagne houses are represented including: Lallier, Drappier, Marguett & Lacombe. We suggest making a day of it and experience a tasting before choosing the perfect accompaniment to your meal. The menu will impress any foodie, with offerings such as Springbok and Strawberry Carpaccio; Fillet Bordelaise; Tender Duck; Lamb Rump and Ostrich Steak. The décor is chic and classy and the service is excellent.
