About UnderHill Farm
Nestled in the bottom of a valley, between two streams and a vineyard, Underhill Farm offers peaceful accommodation in four separate units. Ancient oak trees frame the farmhouse and poplar forests on the river banks shade the cottage.

Location
The farm is less then 100km from Cape Town, on the van der Stel Pass between Villiersdorp and Bot Rivier. Part of the road (3km) is dirt, but in excellent condition and accessible by all types of vehicles.
Attractions
The farm is close to hiking and cycling routes as well as the Botrivier Wine Route and next door to Eerste Hoop, one of the wine farms in the valley.

This small, self contained cottage is furnished with a King-size bed that can be split into two single beds if required. A separate area is furnished with two single beds. There is one bathroom. There is a spacious lawn for children to play on

Hobbit Hollow
Hobbit hollow is built into the bank on the Botrivier surrounded by an oak and poplar forest with a rock pool in the river for summer and shaded lawns and picnic spots for summer. The grass roof keeps the place cool in summer. This hobbit inspired cottage is at the one corner of the farm, built into the riverbank and has been created with the nature lover in mind. A stone weir offers a natural river pool for swimming with a covered outdoor dining area and terraced braai area.
