A Hilltop House offers accommodation in Swellendam at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountains, yet close to town centre. At the end of the day you can relax and unwind in a restful environment away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to explore Swellendam's attractions.

Self Catering Accommodation

A Hilltop House is a three bedroom holiday home in Swellendam sleeping six guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-size (can be converted to twin beds on request) with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, hand basin and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds / King-size bed.

There is a large open plan lounge area with fireplace, big flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes an oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster and tea / coffee making facilities. There is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.

Outside is a patio with a view of the mountain, a table and chairs, braai facilities and a garden. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool.

The Area

Only a two hour scenic drive from Cape Town or George, Swellendam is ideally situated for visitors to the Garden Route and the Little Karoo. A charming farming town located in the largest youngberry growing area in the world. It is an ideal centre for touring the Breede River Wine Route, visiting Agulhas, Southern most tip of Africa, walking in Marloth Nature Reserve or visiting the Bontebok and De Hoop Nature Reserve. Swellendam is the centre of all Cape attractions.
