The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The house features a well-equipped kitchen that contains a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, crockery, and cutlery. The adjacent open-plan living area has sofas to relax on and a TV with selected DStv channels.

The living room leads out to a large patio which boasts a braai area and an outdoor dining table with seating, perfect for entertaining.
