The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. There is a lounge and dining area with a fireplace, TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi.

There is a large deck which expands from the living area with an outdoor built in braai.

Attractions

Witsand is a small coastal town situated at the mouth of the Breede River in the Western Cape, South Africa. It is a good fishing area and is widely considered to be the whale nursery of the South African coastline.

Being the "Whale Nursery of South Africa", Witsand offers fantastic whale watching opportunities! This area has the largest concentration of Southern Right whales to be found in a single bay - every year between July and November.

Witsand boasts the first Whale Watching Tower on the Garden Route. Land based whale watching is also great with over a 100 whales in the bay in one day, sometimes as close as 100 metres from the shore!
