Downstairs the Villa has an open plan living and entertainment area: a fully equipped kitchen flowing to a dining area with a large dining table opens to the spacious lounge with a flat-screen smart, HD TV with Netflix.

There is a double-sided, glass-enclosed wood-burning fireplace that serves the lounge and the dining area. The lounge opens onto a large sea-view deck, ideal for whale watching, alfresco dining, and barbecue on the Weber. The Villa has its own an uninterrupted power supply.
