Sunset Bay has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. This room has direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a tri-bunk bed which has a double bed bottom-bunk and single bed top-bunk. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and a lounge with comfy seating and a TV with Netflix and DStv Now. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. The Wi-Fi, TV and a standing lamp is always connected to an UPS which provides limited power during load shedding.

The living area has sliding doors opening to an enclosed balcony with additional seating, dining facilities and a gas braai.
