Franskraal is a small suburb located just outside the shark cage diving centre of South Africa, which is Gansbaai. Franskraal in the Overberg region is also home to the Strandveld Museum, providing guests with an informative history of this small coastal town.

Gansbaai is home to the Marine Big Five: whales, sharks, dolphins, seals and penguins. We have beaches, fishing, hiking, birding, horse-riding, restaurants and so much more and with so many adventures to choose from; you won't want to leave!
