Dining

Breakfast is served upstairs, weather permitting on the deck from which is a panoramic view of Walker Bay with Hermanus and the Klein Rivier mountains across the bay. On a clear day, Cape Point can be seen. In whale season guests are treated to a wonderful display of mothers and their calves just metres away. If weather is inclement, breakfast is served indoors where the view is equally good.

Activities

Beautiful cliff path walks, beach or sand dune hikes in the Cape Nature Reserve, or Fynbos trails are all easily accessible, and can be guided by Don if wished. Whale watching and shark diving cruises operate out of Gansbaai and Klein Baai, a few kilometers from de Kelders.
