The Kaiha is a spacious, double storey holiday home in Witsand with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All bedrooms are on the first floor; two are furnished with a double bed and the third is furnished with two single beds. In addition, there is a double sleeper couch for two children.

The bedrooms share two bathrooms; one is on the first floor and is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bathroom is on the ground floor and is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities for guests to make use of. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table and relax in the comfortably furnished lounge.

Both an indoor and outdoor braai area is provided and the house has a playroom for children. Kaiha does not have a garage or driveway but parking for two vehicles is available in the complex parking lot.
