Overlooking the beautiful Walker Bay Marine Reserve, Benguela offers guests the choice between a self-catering cottage and three en-suite rooms. The property looks out over the Walker Bay Marine Reserve where you can whale watch to your heart's content while relaxing next to the swimming pool.

Accommodation

Benguela offers guests an accommodation choice of seven impeccably decorated bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private entrance. Three rooms have magnificent sea views, while four rooms opens to our beautiful garden courtyard.

Each room offers air conditioning, mini bar and coffee tray. All rooms open up to either a terrace or patio area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Benguela offers an outdoor swimming pool, with sweeping sea views, sun loungers, cocktail bar and guest lounge. Guests can enjoy our Pajama Lounge with flatscreen TV and satellite channels.

Benguela Restaurant

Breakfast is served and included in the rates, except for the cottage. Our in-house restaurant offers mouth-watering breakfasts, lunches, dinners or any delectable snack your taste buds may crave.

Our In-House Restaurant, Benguela, offers a set and unique menu every night of the week serving both in-house and outside patrons. This 5-course menu and all of the accompanying drinks cost R800-00 per person. Allowances for children and vegetarians/vegans are also made when booked in advance. Dinner is enjoyed around a luxurious 12-seater table offering a unique dining experience where fellow diners become friends!

Experiences

Benguela is the perfect location for the shark cage diving & viewing tours and the whale watching tours. A five minute stroll takes you to the waters' edge where whales come home each year from June to November.
