17 Marine 101 is located in a fantastic spot just across the road from the famous "Cliff Path" where guests can enjoy a beautiful walk along the ocean-front into the town centre. This is known as one of the best places on earth to view whales from shore, so keeps your eyes peeled. There are a number of great restaurants on our doorstep, as well as the "Ficks Tidal Pool" where guests can enjoy a swim just a two minute walk from the apartment.

Self Catering Accommodation

17 Marine 101 is a self catering holiday apartment with three bedrooms.

The master bedroom seamlessly connects to the open-plan living area and kitchen. Guests can ensure privacy by closing the elegant sliding shutter doors. This room features a spacious king bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom, accessible directly from the main passage, includes an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.

The third bedroom, while connected to the main apartment, boasts its own private entrance. It is designed as a self-contained studio apartment with an en-suite shower and toilet. The bed can be configured as a king or two singles upon request, with an extra linen charge for the latter. This room also includes a small kitchenette and a private balcony with a built-in braai (BBQ) offering stunning mountain views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec finishings, including a Smeg gas stove-top and electric oven. It also features a Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge. The dining area offers an indoor table that comfortably seats six guests. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining table on the back balcony, also seating six guests.

The apartment includes a sea-facing balcony off the main living room, furnished with seating for four and a small coffee table. The mountain-facing balcony, accessed from the third bedroom or via a second entrance to avoid passing through the studio, features a built-in braai (BBQ). A SMART TV is available in both the living room and the third bedroom (studio). Free fiber WiFi and Netflix are included for guests' entertainment.
