Self Catering Accommodation

This Holiday Home in Stanford is an old labourers cottage that has been restored to offer comfort and self-contained convenience. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with twin / two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

There is a comfortable lounge with a sleeper couch and a fireplace. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-plate mini oven, microwave, under-the-counter fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, and cooking utensils.

The French doors leading out from the lounge open up onto a large private patio, with braai facilities and views over the Stanford Valley.

Sylvia Cottage is adjacent to Brunia Cottage and is approximately a 5 minute walk from the admin office and the restaurant on the Stanford Hills Estate.

Breakfast & Dining

The Tasting Room is open 7 days a week, serving breakfast from 08h30 to 11h00 and lunch from 12h00 to 16h00. There is a chalkboard menu using locally sourced products and the restautrant is fully licenced including offering wines produced at Stanford Hills Estate.

Stanford Village is almost two hours drive from the closest restaurants and hotels in Cape Town and has retained most of its old world charm with its period houses and wide streets.
