Whether your sense of adventure means adrenalin infused single track down hills, walking a fynbos trail spotting sun birds or lying in a hot tub gazing at the Milky Way, accommodation in Stanford is the place for you!

Self Catering Accommodation

Melkstal is a self catering holiday home in Stanford sleeping six guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and double basin. There is a second bedroom furnished with two three-quarter beds and a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The open-plan lounge area features a long table and cosy fireplace with an additional double-bed sleeper couch. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee ‘lovers' machine walking out onto a semi-enclosed stoep with a braai area and wood-fired hot / cold tub.

Melkstal is ideal for a family break-away, any special occasion or romantic anniversary.

Attractions

Our recently developed MTB trails can offer a welcome break from work, and for those less active participants we can organise a tractor and trailer trip through the beautiful fynbos. Put on your running shoes and come and experience the numerous trails. Various loops allows for short easy runs as well as long runs with substantial climbs. With the already 127 species of birds identified by various bird clubs, the farm is ideal for the keen birdwatchers.
