The Gallery provides self catering accommodation in Franskraal near Gansbaai in the Western Cape Overberg district. The house is divided into four units and has the perfect location, a 5 minute walk to the Franskraal beach (white sand) and the Uilenkraals River estuary that opens into the Ocean.

Self Catering Accommodation

The Gallery offers four separate apartments in Franskraal and a honeymoon loft. Each unit has an open plan kitchenette, dining area, a private entrance and secure parking.

The units are furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. A hairdryer and ironing facility is available. The kitchenettes are fitted with a toaster, kettle, microwave, Gourmet Chef 8 in 1, small fridge / freezer, cutlery and crockery.

The main kitchen in the house is available to all guests who would like to use the large oven or the scullery which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

Wi-Fi and TV with satellite channels are provided in each unit.

Attractions

Franskraal, is located at the edge of the Danger Point Peninsula, an unpretentious quaint town. Franskraal has a long white sandy beach crossing the mouth of the Uilkraalsriver, a known birding hotspot. The first row of houses at Franksraal is the entrance to a small but old milkwood forest. This "Melkhoutbos Trail" is open to the public. The trail is a circular route of 2km and it takes just about an hour to complete. There is also a historical small privately-owned museum that has the largest collection of relics of the HMS Birkenhead that wrecked off Danger Point.
