About Protea Escape

Protea Escape is located on the Onrus Island and is the perfect home for a Hermanus self catering holiday. The beautiful white sands on Onrus Beach and the Onrus River Estuary are only a short walk away. The house is in a quiet cul de sac.

Self Catering Accommodation

Protea Escape consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are three bedrooms inside the house and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom as two single beds. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is an outside flatlet with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washing machine. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a TV with satellite channels.

Outside in the garden is a built in braai / BBQ and a boma braai. There is safe off street parking for at least three vehicles.

The Area

Onrus is a short drive away from the wineries and a number of quality shops and boutiques as well as the new Whale Coast Mall which allows those who wish to shop or purchase a gift to remember Hermanus by. A number of local markets, child-friendly and/or up-market, provides fresh produce and local eats and drinks of exceptional quality.
