Sunrise is a beautiful holiday home in Betty's Bay offering panoramic views of the mountains, lake, and ocean, all within a short distance to the stunning Main Beach.

Self Catering Accommodation

Sunrise has three bedrooms and sleeps up to eight guests.

The first two bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are two full bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. One of these is en-suite to the main bedroom. There is also a guest toilet. All linens and towels are provided for your stay, along with extra blankets for those cooler evenings.

The house has open plan living with a nice flow, allowing for great socialising. Along with the living area is a fully supplied kitchen. All cutlery and crockery needed is provided in the kitchen, along with microwave, gas cooker, electric oven, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is a dining room and a games room providing a pool table and board games as well as a great bar area. There is a double sleeper sofa available in the living area, with privacy curtain. Free Wi-Fi and flatscreen TV are provided.

The main deck area includes a BBQ/braai and shaded seating. There is a wood burning hot tub, pool table and games available.

There is private parking for multiple vehicles and an electric gate and security alarm system. Everything that you need for a relaxed stay in the wonderful Bettys Bay.

Pets

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The large property is fully enclosed.

Attractions

The location of the house is central to the village shops and just a short distance from the blue flag Bettys Bay Main Beach. The colours in the sky from both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the property and all local attractions are easily accessible.
