The Zen 164 is a luxury villa in Hermanus with three en-suite bedrooms. Two of the luxury bedrooms are furnished with King-size beds and one is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The en-suite bathrooms are each fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basins.

Fully equipped kitchen and scullery with open plan living area and double volume ceiling, plenty of light. There is an indoor fireplace and enclosed courtyard for entertaining. The outdoor patio by the pool has a braai and stunning views of the lagoon. Spacious living areas include the dining room, lounge and pajama lounge, with log fire. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and at an additional fee. We are a pet friendly estate. Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.

The estate is a rare beauty consisting of vineyards, water, and nature reserves as well as being surrounded by mountain ranges.
