Self Catering Accommodation

Pretty Belinda has five bedrooms, each of which are furnished with a Queen-size bed.

All the bedrooms have block out curtains and each has an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath, toilet and basin, shower, toilet and basin or both. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously decorated and furnished. The main bedroom includes a TV and two of the rooms have air conditioning. Four of the five bedrooms open to the swimming pool and garden. There is also a guest toilet.

There is a beautiful open-plan kitchen which is well equipped for self catering. The kitchen includes ample storage and work space, a six plate stove with oven, a dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and well as cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is a separate back-end service kitchen for the more serious or professional chef or caterer. Fittings and equipment in both are top-notch and there is a discreet housekeeper.

The open plan romantically lit living area is beautifully furnished and boasts a fireplace to keep the home cosy during winter. The living area opens via glass stacking doors to the centrepiece of the villa: a lush green rectangle of garden and a sparkling pool. This is an ideal spot to soak up some sun, or a playground for children to play safely in while parents watch from the comfortably furnished veranda.

Activities and Attractions

The property is located a few minutes from Langbaai, Kammabaai and Voelklip Beaches and is just a five minute drive from Hermanus Golf Club and 15 minutes drive from the Hemel & Aarde Wine Valley. Other attractions include the Hermanus Cliff Path, Grotto Beach, Fernkloof Nature Reserve, Hermanus Country Market and the Sumaridge Wine Estate.
