About Gifkloof Trail

The Gifkloof trail is a dog-friendly running, hiking, mountain-biking and horse-riding trail, running alongside the river in Greyton.

Start the trail at the junction of lower Regent Street and Vlei Street, and walk, cycle or ride across town, where you’ll experience magic views of the Hottentots-Holland mountains, farmland and the quaint town of Greyton.

Remember to pack refreshing drinks and picnic goodies, as the trail begins and ends at a gorgeous picnic spot by the river. It's a great afternoon out with little ones.
