KOH Pringle Pod is a contemporary eco-luxury studio in the coastal village of Pringle Bay, under 100 km from Cape Town, offering a tranquil retreat surrounded by mountain scenery and indigenous fynbos. Designed for solo travellers and couples, this thoughtfully appointed eco-pod combines modern amenities with a nature-inspired setting, providing an ideal base for a relaxing getaway on the scenic Overberg coast.
Accommodation
The open-plan studio features a well-designed living space that creates a welcoming setting for a peaceful coastal escape. The fully equipped kitchen includes a whistling kettle, a fridge with freezer, a gas stovetop and an air fryer, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with seating for two provides a comfortable spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or an intimate dinner.
KOH Pringle Pod accommodates up to two guests in a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for those who need to stay connected while away. Sliding doors open onto a private patio, where a comfortable couch invites you to unwind in the fresh coastal air and appreciate the surrounding views.
The modern indoor bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin, with windows allowing natural light to brighten the space. Fresh towels and linen are provided, along with eco-friendly botanical toiletries, including Healing Earth shower gel and shampoo, supplied as part of the welcome amenities.
Outdoor facilities enhance the experience, with a private patio featuring a fireplace and braai, as well as an outdoor shower for refreshing after a day spent exploring the coast. Guests can make use of two bicycles, enjoy secure on-site parking and access the Brodie Link Nature Reserve trail directly behind the property.
Please Note
KOH Pringle Pod shares its mountain surroundings with a local troop of baboons. To help ensure the safety of both guests and wildlife, please keep all windows and sliding doors closed, never leave food unattended on the patio and do not feed the baboons. Vehicles should also be locked, with their windows fully closed.
The pod operates on solar power as part of its environmentally conscious design. Guests are kindly asked to conserve electricity and avoid using high-energy appliances, including hairdryers and irons with heating elements. Your cooperation helps maintain the pod's sustainable approach to accommodation.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after midnight, a fee of R350 will apply.
