About Rambling Rose Farmstall and Restaurant
Rambling Rose, in Montagu’s Long Street, is a restaurant and farm stall that is situated along the famous Route 62 through the South African Karoo. It is dedicated to delicious flavours, innovative ideas and old-fashioned values.
Rambling Rose Restaurant serves delicious breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Famous favourites include Mozambique-style prawns, homemade burgers and the rich chicken and mushroom pie. This eatery makes extensive use of local ingredients, which means that the menu changes every season, as it depends very much on what is freshly available.
Rambling Rose farm shop stocks gorgeous homemade treats (such as rusks, biscuits and preserves), as well as a full range of health and beauty products. There is a variety of gifts for those who wish to take something home for friends and family.
