Self Catering Accommodation

Tierhoek Quince Cottage is a self catering holiday home in Robertson sleeping six guests.

The two-bedroom cottage is furnished with one Queen-size bed and one set of twin beds and with extra bunk-beds for two children. There are two bathrooms, one is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin and the other is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a dining table, a gas-cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There is an open fireplace in the living area for cosy nights indoors.

Outside there is a shaded stoep, braai facilities and a swimming pool. The pool is situated up some steps above the cottage and you can enjoy peace and complete privacy.

Mountain walks start from the cottage and you may even get a visit from Milly, Tilly and Violet our donkeys.

Activities & Attractions

On the farm you can go walking and hiking. There are various paths you can use to hike up into the mountains or walk around the farm. Maps of the area are available for your pleasure, in each cottage.

You are welcome to go mountain biking around the farm, though there are no designated cycle routes. Go birdwatching, so bring your binoculars and you are likely to spot the Black Eagle, Jackal buzzard and plenty of sunbirds and so on. Farm animals include cows, sheep, pigs and donkeys. Wildlife include tortoises, buck, hares, guineafowl, baboons and others.
