Create memories around the fire pit with a warm cuppa and a good book on the window seat, comforted by the warmth of the indoor fireplace. Any way you choose, relaxtion is inevitable.

Self Catering Accommodation

Smitten Cottage is a holiday home in Bonnievale with two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, toiletries, toilet paper are supplied, as well as hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets.

Our open plan kitchen offers all required cutlery and crockery to self cater for four guests.
Equipped with electric oven, four plate gas hob, dishwasher, cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper etc. Dishes and silveware include bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, wine glasses etc. There is also a kettle, microwave and toaster.

The living room is furnished with a three seater leather couch, leather lounger fireplace and a breakfast nook.

Outside there is a wood fired hot tub ideally situated next to the outside deck and overlooking the mountain views. The fire pit is bonfire worthy and ideal for potjies, situated in the large and private back garden. There is also a covered outdoor deck with a built in braai.

Bonnievale is a great place for outdoor activities. We are blessed with the surrounded mountain ranges and the ever flowing Breede River. There are many activities in and around Bonnievale but you have to know how to find them. Nature and Wine Routes, The Robertson Valley, Soekershof, Breedekloof Wine Route and Vrolijkheid Nature Reserve.
