Fancourt Outeniqua Golf Course, Fancourt Country Club Estate, George, Garden Route / Fancourt has four golf courses to offer the golfing visitor. All the courses are renowned for their amazing year round condition and the attention to detail that is shown.
The Course
With two 18-hole parkland courses The Outeniqua , that took shape under master golfer Gary Player, worldclass conditioning and a setting that takes in mountains, water and wildlife, there is nothing to beat a Fancourt round. Since Golf at these two courses at Fancourt is limited to members, their guests and resort guests, you will have ample time and space to savour the Fancourt golfing experience.
Facilities
If you're feeling a little rusty or just want to ease into your game, our Warm-up Area is available to resort guests and members. Here you will be able to make use of a putting and chipping green, green-side and fairway bunkers as well as a full-length driving range.
Club regulations
Appropriate golf attire is required and soft spikes are required on the golf course. Handicap certificate compulsory. Please note that no cell phones are permitted on the golf courses or in the bar.
The Fancourt Hotel
The Fancourt Hotel & Country Club Estate is a combination of old world charm and values. Enjoy superb cuisine in one of four restaurants. Choose an en suite room in the historic manor or one of the spacious garden suites or studios. All rooms and suites are individually furnished in country manor style.
