We love this beautiful north facing family home. Not only is it within easy walking distance to Robberg Beach but overlooks the most stunning indigenous greenbelt. The property has been beautifully designed with perfect finishings for the ultimate beach house feel.
The open plan living area is light and airy and opens onto a covered patio which is ideal for alfresco living. With a pizza oven, barbeque facilities, dining and sitting area this is the place to unwind. For your convenience there is a bar facility area that leads onto the patio which overlooks the garden, pool and surrounding vegetation.
The pool does not a pool net. This home is beautifully setup for entertainment with a pool table, table tennis and darts forming a games area of the bar room. Upstairs is a pajama lounge and TV area.
The spacious master bedroom is upstairs as are four of the other 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The downstairs bunkroom is made of 4 double beds and has an en-suite bathroom.
This home is near the shops, restaurants and the schul. Attention to detail for holiday living is what makes this property ideal for a beach break.
