De Valle 52 is a family apartment that can accommodate six guests, located in the De Valle beachfront complex. The balcony has a beautiful sea view. This unit is perfect for families or a group of friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

De Valle 52 has three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet and large wardrobe space, The additional double room features a double bed and large wardrobe space and the twin room features two single beds and large wardrobe space, sharing a bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, cutlery and crockery with beautifully crafted white marble top surfaces. Leading from the kitchen is a spacious lounge with L-Shape sofa, Smart TV with streaming services like MyFamily Cinema, DSTV, Showmax, etc (log onto own profiles) and a working station for business travellers.

Leading from the lounge is a quaint dining area, walking out onto the large balcony with braai facilities and seating and where you will be greeted by stunning ocean views and the Diaz Waterpark.

Garage parking is available for one car and there is open parking available for one additional vehicle.
