Denneberghof The Annex is a stylish Self-Catering Apartment part of yet separate from the main house in Kaaimans, the heart of the Garden Route.

Located on a pristine and private estate, this homestead is perched high up on the mountain with the Kaaimans Waterfall in the gorge below. Enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by birdsong, panoramic Outeniqua mountain views as well as breathtaking sea views over Wilderness (5 min drive).

Denneberghof is on the same property as Kaaimans Holiday Cottage and Kaaimans Holiday House. Ideal for a large family or group of friends.

Self Catering Accommodation

Accommodation consists of two bedrooms both with Queen size beds and en-suite with shower, sleeping 4 people in absolute comfort. The lounge has a double sleeper couch for an extra adult or 2 children sharing, at additional charge.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for a self-catering stay with counter dining and gas stove top/electric oven. The lounge has comfortable couches and wall mounted smart flat screen TV with full package DStv, with doors leading out onto the undercover patio with outdoor dining table and full mountain and garden views. There is uncapped wifi throughout.

Additional is a lovely dining table in the landscaped gardens with panoramic mountain views, BBQ/Braai and umbrella for guest enjoyment.

There is ample safe & secure on-site parking. Access is via a remote controlled gate.

Please Note

Owner lives in the same house but is separate and private from The Annex, with own access. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay as well as laundry service, at additional cost. Owners friendly and lovable pets reside on the property. Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with.

The Area

The estate is rich in birdlife and indigenous fauna & flora (including an abundance of South Africa's National Protea flower with Knysna Loerie visiting almost daily), with a backdrop of the Outeniqua Mountain range & Indian Ocean in the distance which reminds one why South Africa's Garden Route is such a rare gem!

With direct access off the N2, half-way between Wilderness and Victoria Bay, a major drawing card is the prime and extremely central location, in the heart of the Garden Route. Both beaches are a 5 minute drive, as is the Garden Route Mall.
