At Timberlake we do our best to support the local artisan producer. Most of the goods sold in our Specialist Cabins are crafted by locals who practise their skills, often handed down through generations, with passion and excellence.

We take great care in sourcing the products we stock making sure our foods are fresh, wholesome and safe to eat. Supporting your health and wellbeing, each item has a story behind it and we like to make this available to you. We turn our noses up at highly processed and degraded food and support the move to a more organic lifestyle. In our quest to seek out and promote organic products it is early days and we still have a long way to go. But at timberlake we are committed to showing that even with small steps we can each make a difference.

We are passionate about supporting the Slow Food Movement, bringing back a food culture that highlights the sourcing of quality ingredients and the importance of food and cookery to community and family life. Zucchini is a restaurant in the main building bringing a modern touch to country dishes. Simple, honest food made from quality ingredients. Fresh produce is picked from timberlakes on-site organic garden daily. A taste experience for the natural foodie.

The Coffee Roastery presents you with their organic coffee, blended from four Arabica beans, professionally roasted in small batches to ensure the best in freshness and flavour. The Coffee Roastery is the perfect place to recharge. Choose a healthy light lunch and salad or a decadent slice of chocolate cake to go with your coffee.
