If you’re in Plett then the one thing you need to do is head off to The Lookout Restaurant & Deck for a cocktail or two. This is an iconic restaurant and popular hangout spot with its superb view over Lookout Beach.
During the whale season you can sit on the deck and see how many whales you can spot or in the height of summer you can escape the heat and cool down with some cocktails from their extensive menu.
If you start to get a bit peckish not to worry they have something for all appetites. They offer scrumptious breakfast options from omelettes to full English, and the lunch and dinner menu offers a wide selection of dishes straight from the sea as well as pasta’s, meat and chicken options and plenty of salads.
