Unbeknown to most, strawberries contain far more value than just a pleasing taste. Encompassing heart-protecting, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, complemented with a low Glycemic Index (40) and antioxidants that lower bad cholesterol, strawberries are one of the healthiest fruits to be indulging in. Be sure to pick up a punnet to get you through any withdrawal symptoms you may have when leaving Redberry Farm.
