About Delvera Wine Estate

Delvera is way more than a wine estate, but an entire village in the vineyards. You will find so much more than just wine to sample. There are kid’s activities, arts and crafts, mountain bike trails and delicious olive products available. But if that’s the focus of you visit, rest easy knowing that Clive Torr is the wine maker of Topaz wines and knows all about great Pinot Noir in this country.

He is an excellent teacher and winemaker and works in South African and France to ensure that any participants have an entertaining hands-on experience in the cellar and vineyard. The Vineyard Connection wine shop showcases 400 tops wine from the around South Africa. The team who purchase the wines have over 20 years of experience in locating the best wines which you get to sample at a tasting.

There’s a delightful garden for the summer and fireplace for the winter at Simonsberg Café overlooking the gardens of Delvera and Table Mountain. The I Love Company which produce homemade and handmade tasty treats have partnered with Saltare wines to offer cooking classes at Delware. You’ll get to make your own 3 course meal and pair it with Saltare MCC wines.
