Koetsiershuis is a modern two sleeper holiday apartment that is 300 meters from the Eikestad Mall and 700 meters from Stellenbosch University. Stellenbosch offers a variety of restaurants and wine estates and cellars, and activities in the area include mountain biking, walking and hiking.
Self Catering Accommodation
Koetsiershuis is situated on the first floor, the open plan apartment is reached by stairs or an elevator, and is double-glazed to make it soundproof. The air-conditioned apartment comprises of a bedroom with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and tea / coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or relax in the lounge which has a TV with full DStv. The living room leads out onto the balcony that overlooks the area.
Undercover parking is provided and the apartment has an alarm system.
