This historic, 3-bedroom Villa in Franschhoek offers relaxing country lodgings at its best. Accommodating 6 adults in comfort, this private villa is perfect for a family or group of friends who wish to experience a great Cape Winelands stay. The villa was originally the main farmhouse for Clermont and dates back to 1862.

The decor exudes old Cape farmhouse charm while offering luxurious comfort.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms leading off the entrance hall: a master suite furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a separate bath and shower, toilet and basin. There is also a twin or King room with a full separate bathroom fitted with a bath shower, toilet and basin.

The spacious, airy loft is accessed via an outside staircase and is ideal for adults and independent teenagers. It is furnished with single beds or a King-size bed and has its own en-suite shower room.

The bedrooms and living room all have air-conditioning for year round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen and in and outside dining areas make for memorable mealtimes. With spectacular views from the large, covered terrace and large private pool, you won’t want to leave.

The house comes complete with tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, iPod docking station, wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV and DVD-player, Nespresso machine and hairdryers.
