The Nooitgedacht Cottages are farm cottages set on the Nooitgedacht Estate, a tranquil retreat in the heart of Stellenbosch. Tucked away amidst the lush green expanses of our vast estate, our six self-catering cottages stand as a testament to rustic charm infused with modern comforts.

Self Catering Accommodation

There is a group of six Nooitgedacht Cottages to choose from. The cottages are designed to blend in with our estate's architectural charm. Inside, you'll find original sketches depicting farm scenes, walls that mirror the allure of age-old stone walls, and mirrors that gracefully echo our iconic Cape Dutch gable.

Each cottage offers sumptuous beds enveloped in fine linens, private en-suite bathrooms with plush towels, and a functional kitchenette. Culinary adventures are a breeze with a 2-plate gas hob, microwave, and small fridge. From elegant crockery and glasses to the morning delight of a Nespresso machine, every detail is thoughtfully catered to.

In addition, each cottage boasts complimentary Wi-Fi, a state-of-the-art Smart TV, and efficient air conditioning, as well as a dedicated, covered outdoor braai (BBQ) area for relaxed evenings, complete with a table and chairs. The cottages have a generator and rechargeable lights in case of loadshedding.
