About La Vigne Estate

Come and sample wines at La Vigne Estate in our working wine cellar. Here at La Vigne we play classical music to our wines 24 hours a day all week long. A study was carried out that proved that classical music enhances the way wine tastes. Wine is made up of about 80% water, music changes the water molecules in a harmonic way, thus changing the taste of the wine.

Our grapes are carefully harvested ensuring only quality grapes are used in the wine making process and oak barrels are used to mature the wines. Wines are blended to produce complex yet elegant wines that are delicately infused with fruit flavours. Some of the wines you will try here are the Mozart Edition 2007, Owners Selection 2006, Musical Edition 2007 and very popular Single Vineyard Shiraz 2007.
