About Corner Post Restaurant & Bar
The Corner Post Restaurant & Bar is just that: a beautiful bar with a relaxing lounge and dedicated kitchen for bar meals and snacks and a full restaurant with inside dining, a deck for outside dining and a quiet garden dining area.
The Corner Post is a local bar and restaurant in the best sense, using local ingredients wherever possible as an expression of the ‘terroir’ of the Natal Midlands. There are many passionate and knowledgeable producers in the area, some of whom are accredited on the menu and more who are not.
This not only ensures freshness and seasonality but also helps with food miles. We endeavor to do our bit for the environment by recycling, using solar water heaters, providing waterless urinals and using only biodegradable chemicals for cleaning.
The beating heart of Corner Post is all about superb food, fine drink and fantastic service.
