Armstong's cottage is located on the Lavender Trout Guest Farm and offers guests Midlands self catering accommodation in Balgowan. It is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends and to just simply relax and enjoy the country air in this tranquil setting.
Self Catering Accommodation
Armstrong's Cottage is a holiday home in Natal Midlands with two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom, one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower only.
We provide linen, bath towels, firewood, toilet paper, bath soap, cleaning detergents. Please bring swimming towels as the swimming pool and dam are lovely to swim in.
There is an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for self catering, a dining area to enjoy your meals and a lounge with a TV and selected satellite channels.
Outside there is a spacious veranda with comfortable seating and a weber braai. Please bring firelighters and brickettes if you are planning to use the Weber braai.
Fishing
You are welcome to try your luck at trout fishing - just bring your own trout rods. We do encourage catch and release. There is a small rowing boat and oars that you are welcome to use.

No loud music is allowed. We do not allow bachelor / hen parties.
