About Lake Lintrose Cottages
Lake Lintrose self catering cottages have been recently built on the edge of the beautiful Spring Grove Dam in Nottingham Road, KwaZulu Natal.
There are two self catering cottages that are fully serviced and equipped with all the necessities and full DStv.
Self Catering Accommodation
Each cottage sleeps up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds.
One of the main rooms has an en suite bathroom and there is a further shower with a toilet and hand basin for the other guests. There is also a single toilet with a hand basin.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with hanging space for your clothes and additional blankets for the cosy winter nights.
There is an open plan kitchen and lounge with a fireplace. The covered verandah looks onto the dam and has braai facilities.
Location
The cottages are situated 5kms from the town of Nottingham Road where you can purchase all your necessities. We are also close to the wonderful Midlands Meander with plenty of things for the kids to do, exciting gift shops, superb restaurants, golf courses and renowned beauty spas.

If you enjoy birding the bird life is in abundance around the dam and you can arrange to go on fishing expeditions, a trip in a hot air balloon, book at a day spa or a trip down to Howick to explore the exhilarating Karkloof Canopy Tours.
We also own a beauty salon that is well liked by the locals should you wish to make an appointment for a treatment.
We are about an hour away from Giants Castle which is part of the Ukuhlamba World Heritage Site should you wish to arrange a hike or a picnic for the day. They also have hourly walks to the historical bushmen paintings which are in a cave that has been carefully preserved for you to enjoy.
