Our target market is long term bookings in comfortable, well appointed self catering accommodation.Options for singles, doubles, groups and families.

Ridgeway Close is situated in the heart of the suburb of Scottsville.

We are only minutes from the N3 highway. There is quick and easy access to all the various Industrial Areas and the city centre. Travelling time to Central Durban is less than an hour. Also the doorstep of the University of KwaZulu Natal, several private and state schools and private hospitals.

Lovely beaches, game viewing, the picturesque Midlands Meander and majestic Drakensberg mountains, as well as some of the historic Battlefields are all within an easy day's outing.

ACCOMMODATION

We offer a variety of options to suit all tastes and budgets. From our popular 'Bachelor Flat' through to luxury one and two bedrooms simplex style units and a three bedroom Cottage.

We only offer self-catering accommodation and all our units have well equipped kitchens (some with washing machines.) Meals may be arranged by special request & to suit management.

The Bachelor Flat:
Ideal for single guests on a budget for an extended stay. Attached to the main house with a private entrance and allocated parking. Bedroom area with en suite shower. Open plan into the lounge / kitchen area. Sleeps a maximum of two guests.

The Cottage:
The Cottage has 3 comfortable bedrooms. One with an en suite shower and the other two sharing a full bathroom. A large kitchen / dining area and a comfy lounge opening onto a private patio make The Cottage is ideal for families and groups. Sleeps a maximum of 5 - 6 people.

One Bedroom De Luxe Unit (A):
Apartment style. Bedroom with en suite shower. Combined lounge / dining area. Small, but fully equipped kitchen. Private entrance and parking right outside the door. Sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

One Bedroom De Luxe Unit (B):
Apartment style. Bedroom with en suite bathroom. Combined lounge / dining area opening onto a covered private patio. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, including washing machine. Private garden entrance. De Luxe Units A & B can be opened up and combined into a two bedroom unit. Sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

Two Bedroom De Luxe Unit:
Simplex Style, this two bedroom, two bathroom unit offers up-market, luxury accommodation for the discerning guest. A spacious lounge opens onto a private covered patio. A separate dining room and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, including washing machine, complete the picture. Private entrance and parking outside the door.

In line with current legislation all our rooms and units are no smoking areas. Guests are however welcome to smoke outside.

Ridgeway Close is family friendly. Children under 12 months sharing with parents and supplying own campcot / bedding stay free. Children over 2 pay the full rate.
