Adjacent to the V&A Waterfront (5 minute walk) and the Cape Town Stadium with magnificent views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. The Metropolitan course offers a variety of greens and tee options resulting in a rare challenge on each nine. The view playing the 12th hole with the ocean and Mouille Point Light House as a backdrop will leave you with a lasting impression its beauty.

The Metropolitan Golf Club’s great advantage is its close proximity to the city centre. Anyone staying in Sea Point, Green Point or at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, can actually walk there. The terrain forms part and blends naturally into the greater eco system of the Green Point Urban park. The dams are filled from the Table Mountain spring water system and abounds with natural birdlife.

The Course is open all year; Tuesday afternoons are ladies day. Wednesday afternoon handicapped visitors can join the competition. Thursday afternoons are reserved for member competitions; Saturdays are for members and their guests; Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays visitors are welcome but please pre-book to avoid disappointment.
