Braeside Apartment offers accommodation in Green Point Village on the North facing slope of Signal Hill and close to the center of Cape Town. Whilst very different in size and style, the fully furnished and equipped luxury apartment can sleep up to four guests. This apartment shares an entrance lobby with Braeside Loft and can also be easily combined to accommodate parties of up to eight guests.
Self Catering Accommodation
Braeside Apartment is located on the first floor and has four meter high wooden ceilings and pine flooring. There are two bedrooms that each have twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basins and either a heated towel rail or under-floor heating. The master bedroom has a Victorian fireplace as well as a big, antique style ceiling fans which provides ample cooling during hot weather. The second bedroom has a free-standing fan. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains an oven, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, toaster, fridge / freezer, microwave, tea / coffee making facilities, dishwasher and a breakfast counter with seating for four guests. The separate scullery features a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.
There is a ten seater dining table for guests to enjoy their meals.
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV with DStv. There is a walk-in dressing room off the living area.
The secure courtyard has a dining area that seats up to six guests and makes use of BBQ / braai facilities. Guests are able to make use of the off-street parking.
