Perched on the exquisite slopes of the renowned Chapman's Peak Mountain Range, the Chapman's View Villa is luxurious, inviting and nothing short of spectacular. This four-bedroom villa is close to Noordhoek Beach and the farm village, as well as a range of lovely restaurants in Noordhoek. But, more than this, it is an idyllic escape from the fast pace of city life.
Self Catering Accommodation
The villa is tastefully decorated in an elegantly eclectic collection of gems. It has lovely views of the ocean and a heated swimming pool for warm summer days and evenings, as well as views of the verdant valley and mountains.
The four bedrooms and three bathrooms make Chapman's Villa ideal for families or groups of friends. The living space is open, light and airy, thanks to clever interior design. The fully-equipped kitchen flows into the elegant dining areas and lounge, and out onto the garden.
The main bedroom is opulent and has an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The other three bedrooms share two gorgeous family bathrooms and have king- or queen-sized beds. Two of the three bedrooms have balconies that look out over the valley, and the other two have impressive mountain views. The bed linen is of a superior quality and hairdryers are provided.
The elegant kitchen is finished in Caeserstone surfaces and stylish appliances. It has a Nespresso™ machine, dishwasher, and all of the necessary crockery and cutlery. The dining room seats eight people. In addition, Chapman's View Villa has a washing machine, TV with premium DStv channels, DVD player, music system, Wi-Fi, three sun loungers, and towels for the bath and beach.
Additional Facilities
To make your stay at Chapman's View even more comfortable, there are braai / barbecue facilities, a parking garage, on-site parking, and a fully-enclosed garden. A weekly cleaning service is par for the course, but can be increased by prior arrangement. The alarm system means that guests can relax in safety and the pool and garden services are there to make sure that everything stays as pristine as intended.
Just a few minutes away from the villa, guests will find a large shopping centre as well as a scenic wine estate, where the fruit of the vines can be enjoyed at leisure.

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns willkommen, alles war bestens organisiert und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Endlich ein Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und genügend Geschirr und Weingläser. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen. Der Traumstrand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, erstklassige Restaurants, köstliche Bäckereien und die schönsten Weingüter (besonders zu empfehlen ist constanzia Glen) sind in der Nähe. Vor allem fühlten wir uns auch sehr sicher. Nach mehrmaligem, versehentlichen Auslösen der Alarmanlage konnten wir feststellen, dass der Sicherheitsdienst auch tatsächlich innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor der Türe steht Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Das Haus liegt in toller Nähe zu den Naturschönheiten am Kap. Über den Chapmans Peak kommt man auf atemberaubender Strecke in kurzer Zeit nach Kapstadt und an die Waterfront. Die Anreise vom Flughafen ist äußerst kurz, schneller geht es nirgends an ein Haus mit Meerblick. Frühstücken kann man gleich in der Nähe in der Farm Village. Man kann aber dort auch wunderbar frühstücken. Weiter gibt es hier in fußläufiger Entfernung tolle Lokale, gehobene kleine Restaurants und eine Kneipe. Jede Woche gibt es beim Winzer CPV Sonntags und Donnerstags einen Markt mit Essensständen und Wein, ein toller Abend, den wir sehr empfehlen möchten. Im Ferienhaus ist alles sehr geschmackvoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. In den 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 modernen Bädern gibt es richtig viel Platz um sich auch mit vielen Freunden nicht beengt zu fühlen. an der Terrasse gibt es einen Pool. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, der Gasgrill auf der Terrasse ist neu und startklar. Die Aussicht von der Nordterrasse über die Meeresbucht und von der Gartenseite auf den Bergrücken des Chapman´s Peak ist nicht nur zum Sundowner atemberaubend. An dieser Urlaubsunterkunft sollten Sie große Freude haben!
