Self Catering Accommodation

Villa Normandie is a self catering holiday home in Fresnaye. The upper level of the villa is devoted to the four bedrooms. Double doors open onto the impressive master suite with its corner position and stunning ocean and city views. The room is furnished with an extra length King-size bed and doors lead out to a private balcony. The spacious en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin has a double volume ceiling allowing for large windows and a view of Lions Head.

The second bedroom has a high loft ceiling and offers plenty of space and light. It is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. One room is furnished with a double bed and the other is furnished with two single beds.

General living areas are open-plan with doors from both the kitchen and lounge leading out to different areas of the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. On one side of this central area there is a TV lounge with a plush couch and big screen TV, and on the other an entertainment room that will be of instant appeal to the younger members of the group. Filled with comfortable seating, a TV with gaming consoles, toys, and a football table, children and teens will find it difficult to tear themselves away. Doors lead out to the garden and terrace. There is another den on the level below, this one centred around sports viewing with both a TV and a full size snooker table.

Outdoor areas have been designed for any kind of weather with certain sections being under cover and others open to the sun. Interior décor is mirrored outside with the exterior lounge as comfortable as those inside. There are wood and gas barbecues, a trampoline, outdoor speakers, an enclosed swimming pool and sun loungers to add to the enjoyment.
