The Murex offers accommodation in Three Anchor Bay in the form of three luxury self-catering apartments. Situated within walking distance from the scenic Sea Point Promenade, it boasts breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and easy access to top-class excursions and entertainment.
Self Catering Accommodation
The Murex consists of three self catering holiday apartments in Three Anchor Bay. Each apartment has air conditioning, a TV with Netflix and Showmax, complimentary Wi-Fi and Charlotte Rhys amenities.
There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen in all apartments with tea/coffee facilities inclusive of a Nespresso machine, Smeg oven, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. Comfortable seating in the lunge with DSTV and Netflix. As well as a panoramic view of the Atlantic seaboard.
Apartment One has four bedrooms and sleeps eight guests. Apartment Two has four bedrooms and sleeps eight guests and Apartment Three has three bedrooms and sleeps six guests.

The Murex has a beautiful Roof top terrace with rim flow saltwater pool overlooking the picturesque Atlantic Seaboard. An ideal setting to relax on the loungers enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the sunset with a glass of champagne. A Gas braai/barbeque is available for all guests. A passenger and car lift is available. The apartments each have two safe secure parking bays. Please note the parking is not suitable for mini buses or larger vehicles.

The first and second bedrooms are furnished with a King-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The third room and fourth bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The fourth en-suite also has a bath. Linen and towels are provided and the rooms boast a hairdryer, safe, heated towel rails and Charlotte Rhys Amenities. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV with DStv, and air conditioning. The living, dining and kitchen areas are open-plan and lead onto a balcony revealing breath-taking ocean views. The apartment offers two safe secure parking bays and access to the rooftop terrace with views of Cape Town. There is a communal gas braai and heated rimflow pool.
