This luxury, double storey, beachfront villa offers privacy, beauty and security. If you seek a safe and peaceful beach retreat within easy reach of the Cape Town, don't miss staying at this stunningly appointed beach home.
Atlantic Dream is situated on a long stretch of white sandy beach in Scarborough, a premiere Atlantic Seaboard suburb and conservation village of Cape Town, against a spectacular mountain backdrop.
Accommodation
The Villa boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms (two of which are en-suite). The first room has a King-size bed, the second has two single beds, the third and fourth each have a double bed.
There is an upstairs lounge with sea views and an indoor fireplace leading to the open plan dining area. There is another TV lounge downstairs. The house has two fully equipped kitchens including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-drier for convenience.
The house has a games room with a pool table, darts and table tennis. Outside is a secure walled garden, an upstairs wooden sunbathing deck with mountain and sea views and a sparkling swimming pool.
There are braai facilities and secure parking. The villa has a backup power system that provides electricity supply 24 hours a day.
Children and well behaved pets are welcome.
Exclusive Use
The villa is rented to only one party at a time, ensuring privacy and a sense of country peace. All finishes are to the highest standards and percale linen and rich soft towels are supplied standard throughout.
