About Little Paradise

Little Paradise is an exquisite self-catering 3 bedroom holiday house fabulously situated on the slopes of the Table Mountain National Park with a beautiful garden and breathtaking sea and mountain views.

The spacious house (220m²) is located in the delightful seaside community of Noordhoek, a few minutes away from spectacular Noordhoek Beach. The property boasts an indigenous and private garden (3.500m²) incorporating a playing ground, three ponds, a large swimming pool and plenty of furniture for relaxing in the fresh air. From here you enjoy a 270º view of the mountains, the valley, the wetlands and the sea and you can observe a wide variety of bird life.

ACCOMMODATION

The interior, decor and furnishings combine superb taste and style and have the warmth of an original and friendly farmhouse.

The three bedrooms are situated on the upper floor of the house and offer unique views, king- and queen size beds, cotton linen and ample built-in cupboards.There is also a room with a double sleeper couch, suitable for one adult, or an adult and a child.

Each room is created in its own style and personality. The Honeymoon-Suite has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with garden furniture. Atlantic and Silvermine bedroom share a large bathroom with shower and bath. For your comfort and relaxation there is also a coffee corner in the upper floor.

The main level of Little Paradise features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen in typical Farmhouse style with separate pantry, a classical dining room with 10 seater dining table, a guest-toilet and an informal lounge with entertainment system (TV, DVD, HiFi). The lounge and the dining room have direct access to the covered veranda, the kitchen to the rear and to the herb garden.

Little Paradise is also aimed at families with children. The large garden is completely fenced in and offers a playground and various kinds to investigate. We provide a cot, a high-chair and child protection safety features witch include a pool-net, screens for the ponds and safety gates for the stairs.

Located in the green heart of the Cape Peninsula and just 25 minutes drive from Cape Town city centre, Little Paradise is perfectly situated for those wishing to explore the wonderful scenery and the amenities of the Cape.
