Waterline is your holiday paradise, snug in the foothills of Chapmans Peak, with a 360 degree view of oceans and mountains. Perfectly placed on the dunes of Noordhoek beach, immersed in a natural setting that will take your breath away.

Self Catering Accommodation

Waterline holiday home sleeps eight to ten guests in four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There are an additional two separate bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third and fourth rooms each have a Queen-size bed and there is a sofa bed in the TV lounge.

Waterline is a modern beach home with multiple relaxation spaces - the ground floor lounge, library and study flowing into the tranquil garden. On the upper level, the views take centre stage with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen as well as a TV room all leading onto decks to take in the surrounds.

Decks overlooking the dunes, ocean and mountains lead off the upper lounge and kitchen. With external lounges both front and back and a rim flow pool overlooking the ocean.

Waterline is designed with luxury in mind. Dine under the outside gazebo with a choice of gas or coal barbeques or simply relax while your chef prepares it all.

Location & Attractions

Waterline ensures you get the benefit of all Cape Town has to offer. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of city pressures, but for the 40 minute trip into town for your Table Mountain encounter and all the big city shopping at V&A Waterfront.

The rest of Cape Towns' renowned offerings more easily explored from Noordhoek; a few minutes from the beginning of Constantia Valley Wine Route starting at Cape Point Vineyards, horse safaris from the Noordhoek dunes and surfing on your very own Noordhoek beach.

Boulders beach and its penguins that swim amongst you or the historic fishing villages with whaler's cottages, all 15 minutes away. False Bay is a magnet for our favourite sea creatures, dolphins, penguins, whales and seals.
