Noordhoek Beach Villa offers holiday accommodation like no other. The Villa is set in a family and pet friendly location just one street back from Cape Town's Noordhoek Beach, which attracts surfers, horse riders, hikers and kite surfers. Noordhoek is a vibrant rural village nestled under Chapman's Peak close to Cape Town. An ideal location to explore Cape Town and the many surrounding attractions.

Self Catering Accommodation

Noordhoek Beach Villa is a spacious self catering holiday home with sea and mountain views, a heated pool, large garden and just a short walk away from the beach. Every part of the Villa offers a peaceful and relaxing ambience especially as the incredible sunsets fill the house with Africa's warm colours.

The villa offers four spacious, luxury suites and three bathrooms and can sleep up to eight guests. The suites can be booked separately and share the communal areas or the entire villa can be booked for exclusive use. All bedrooms have quality beds and hotel quality bed linen, feather down duvets, pillows and plenty of wardrobe space. We provide hairdryers and heaters.

The Rooms:
The Boutique Suite is a unique master bedroom with a King-size bed, doors opening onto the deck and pool area and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower, double basin and a large bath.

The Sea View Suite is a spacious upstairs bedroom with a King-size bed and high ceilings with exposed rafters. Doors open out onto the large wooden balcony with impressive sea and mountain views. The bathroom is situated next door and offers a shower, basin and toilet.

The Family Suite has two rooms, one with a Queen-size bed and the other with Twin beds. Both rooms provide a large built in cupboard and a reading chair. The bedrooms share an en-suite family bathroom with a large bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Living Space:
The sunny, fully equipped kitchen has a skylight and boasts a breakfast bar, underfloor heating, chrome 5-pit gas stove, marble surfaces and modern chrome appliances.

The main lounge with a fireplace is on the ground floor and leads onto the garden and pool. The second lounge is on the first floor and is very spacious with high ceilings, an entertainment bar, lounge suite, large flat-screen TV and French doors leading onto the huge wooden deck veranda with most amazing sea and mountain views.

Outside there is a beautiful large solar heated beach pool where you can soak up the sun. The pool area is wrapped in a huge balau wooden deck complimented by tropical plants.

The villa has a large fully enclosed private garden offering a safe and sheltered play area for children and pets. At the entrance to the villa there is an indigenous garden and a large parking area behind a remote controlled security gate.
