Situated on the foot of Signal Hill overlooking Sea Point, Alpha One 203 is an apartment located in a nineteenth century former fortified battery from the Anglo-Russian conflict. The relic has been transformed into a live-in exhibition, the first of its kind in the city. It features lounge seating and wine tasting tables. The battery's tunnel network has been restored and repurposed into an underground wine cellar with tasting area.

Alpha One 203 Holiday Apartment in Sea Point boasts stunning ocean and sunset views. This chic apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a family-size shower, toilet and basin.

The stylish living and dining areas are open plan to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with SMEG appliances, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. There is a smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi.
